Therapy with wortmannin or LY294002 increased B phosphorylat

Therapy with wortmannin or LY294002 improved I B phosphorylation ultimately causing a decline in the appearance of I T. Therefore, inhibition of the pathway with wortmannin or LY294002 induced higher apoptosis levels in LBR D160 and LBR V160 than in LBR, hence indicating this pathway could be required for the success of MDR lymphoma cell lines.
